Propel Pathways is led by Alyson Lewis, Support Coordinator with a legal background and extensive experience navigating the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Through a strong focus on compliance, evidence and participant rights, Propel Pathways helps participants understand their plans, coordinate services and resolve complex issues within the NDIS system.
Alyson brings a detailed understanding of NDIS legislation, funding criteria and plan implementation, supporting participants and families to make informed decisions and build the right plan and support team around them.
Based in Ipswich, Propel Pathways works with participants across a wide region (from Hervey Bay to Coffs Harbour and out to St George) to ensure their NDIS plans are implemented effectively and that they receive the supports they need.
As both a Support Coordinator and a parent / Child Representative navigating the NDIS system for my own NDIS Participant son, I understand first-hand how complex and overwhelming the process can feel for families.
