NDIS Funding for Support Coordination
Support Coordination is an NDIS-funded support when it is included in a participant’s plan. This means participants do not pay privately for these services when funding has been allocated within their NDIS plan.
The NDIS currently recognises three levels of Support Coordination, each designed to meet different levels of complexity and support needs.
Support Connection (Level 1)
This level of support focuses on helping participants connect with services and begin implementing their NDIS plan.
Level 1 Support Connection is billed at $80.06 per hour (no GST) to your Plan Manager or to the Participant if the Participant is self-managed.
Support Coordination (Level 2)
This is the most common level of Support Coordination and involves working alongside participants to understand their plan, coordinate supports, resolve service delivery issues and build capacity to manage their supports over time.
Level 2 Support Connection is billed at $100.14 per hour (no GST) to your Plan Manager or to the Participant if the Participant is self-managed.
Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3)
This level is designed for participants with more complex situations, including multiple service providers, significant barriers to service delivery or high levels of risk. Specialist Support Coordination focuses on addressing complex challenges and ensuring supports are effectively coordinated.
Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination is billed at $190.54 per hour (no GST) to your Plan Manager or to the Participant if the Participant is self-managed.
All Support Coordination services are delivered in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, which set the maximum hourly rates providers can charge.
Propel Pathways provides Support Coordination in accordance with these pricing arrangements and works closely with participants to ensure their NDIS plan funding is used effectively and in their best interests.
