Genuine Lived Experience

As both a Support Coordinator and a parent / Child Representative navigating the NDIS system for my own NDIS Participant son, I understand first-hand how complex and overwhelming the process can feel for families.

Areas of Experience:

  • Preparation of successful NDIA submissions, including access requests, change of circumstances applications and s100 internal reviews
Clinical evidence review and preparation of supporting documentation aligned with NDIS decision-making criteria
Coordination and matching of service providers to ensure supports align with participant needs, goals and plan funding
Participant education and guidance to support understanding of NDIS processes, rights and available options
    • Supporting participants to develop plans that genuinely reflect their goals, rather than forcing individuals to fit funding decisions that do not meet their needs
    • Practical NDIS plan implementation and provider coordination for participants with complex circumstances
