2026 Plan Review Outcomes

There has been significant change across the NDIS and understandably, a lot of concern about what the new legislation and funding framework may mean for participants.

But it is not all doom and gloom for every participant.

Throughout 2026, I have continued to see positive outcomes for participants following plan reassessments and s100 Internal Reviews.

The outcomes below are real outcomes achieved for Propel Pathways participants during 2026. They include increased plan funding, successful internal reviews and urgent advocacy resulting in new plans being released.

While no outcome can ever be guaranteed and every participant’s circumstances, evidence and support needs are different, these results demonstrate that positive outcomes are still possible within the changing NDIS environment.

A detailed, evidence-led approach matters. Understanding what the NDIA has decided, identifying what needs to be challenged and ensuring the evidence actually addresses the relevant funding criteria can make a significant difference when preparing for a reassessment or challenging a decision.

Here are the 2026 NDIA plan and Internal Review outcomes achieved for my participants so far:

Funding increases have been calculated using annual equivalent funding where plan lengths differed to ensure a like for like comparison.
