Propel Pathways is currently at capacity and I am not accepting new referrals.

I know there are participants and families across Australia who are struggling to find experienced, responsive and dedicated Support Coordination. I hear those stories every day and I understand how difficult it can be to find someone you genuinely trust to advocate for you.

I firmly believe that no participant should ever feel abandoned or unsupported simply because they cannot find quality Support Coordination. If you are unhappy with the service you are currently receiving, please know that you have the right to choose another provider. You deserve a Support Coordinator who listens, communicates, advocates and genuinely works in your best interests.

Unfortunately, I have made the difficult decision not to accept any additional participants until I can be confident that every existing participant continues to receive the standard of service they deserve.

I also appreciate that many people ask whether I can recommend another Support Coordinator. At this stage, I am not comfortable doing so. My reputation has been built on trust, evidence-based advocacy and high standards of practice and I am not prepared to recommend another provider unless I would personally trust them to support my own family.
